Our Process at CLA
01
Initial Screening
After you contact us, we’ll ask you to complete a screening process. This helps us determine if we’re the right fit for your legal issue. You’ll need to provide:
-
Photo identification
-
Proof of income
-
Any documents related to your legal matter (e.g. notices, letters, court forms)
02
Phone Intake Appointment
If you meet our eligibility criteria, we’ll schedule a phone intake appointment. During this call, you’ll speak with a legal staff member who will gather more details about your situation.
03
Retained
If we decide to assist you after reviewing the details of your case, we’ll schedule an in-office appointment for you to sign a retainer agreement. Once the retainer is signed, your file is officially open, and we begin working on your case.
